ENET / BOOK
From a printed page to an executable example.
The ENET learning book has source companions, not just screenshots.

The question
The 150-page, 6-by-9-inch SKIENET and ENET book pairs explanations with companion programs. The package includes 56 book examples and their expected outputs, so readers can inspect what the teaching text refers to.
How it relates to SKIENET
Use the browser IDE for a quick experiment or the command-line runner for a local session. The same bounded language implementation underlies these paths. Neither turns the book into a bootable OS release.
An experiment to try
Choose one example, run it unchanged and compare its output. Next, modify a number or condition and explain the difference. Save the changed program under a new filename so the original remains a reference.
Limits and next steps
Source-based learning improves when readers can report reproducible errors. The ENET community link in the book provides a place for those discussions. The MIT companion license does not grant rights to private member code or paid software releases.
