The ENET language, its interpreter, classroom examples and book examples are released under the MIT license (Copyright 2026 JTWAYNE), included in every ENET source package.

Software releases, lessons and member programs hosted on SKIENET remain the property of their creators. Members keep the rights to code and ideas they post; posting them to the community grants other members the ability to view and discuss them on the site.

The names SKIENET, SKI, FIRSTMAN, Triangle, MainBrain and ENET by JTWAYNE identify projects owned by JTWAYNE. Other product names used on the site belong to their respective owners and are referenced for description only.

Member accounts store your sign-in identity, profile information you choose to add, your community posts and messages, orders and licenses. Private messages are readable only by their participants. We do not sell member data.

Guest chat history stays in your browser and is not stored on our servers. Donation-style pledges record the amount and date for record-keeping only.

Answers from SKI are generated by an AI service. They may be wrong or incomplete. Verify important output before use, and never paste secrets or personal data into chat.

AI model routing happens through an allowlisted catalog; member AI settings never point SKI at arbitrary third-party endpoints.

Investor and backer pages describe plans and record interest. They are not an offer to sell securities, and no financial return is promised. Product prices shown are informational until a release and checkout are configured.

Software downloads, when released, are delivered through verified paid licenses only. Licenses cannot exist without a matching paid order.

Brain and neural visualizations, the FIRSTMAN humanoid, the SKIENET OS interface previews and the Triangle workspace are concept presentations. They are not medical, anatomical or finished-product representations.
