SKIENET / PROJECT JOURNAL
A progress journal should preserve what did not work.
Honest project reporting makes the next engineering decision easier.

The question
SKIENET combines working website tools with ambitious unreleased products. A useful progress note names exactly what changed, how it was checked and what remains incomplete. This helps readers distinguish a functioning feature from a concept illustration.
How it relates to SKIENET
The ENET IDE, courses and community channels are observable web work. The operating systems, standalone Triangle edition and FIRSTMAN hardware need separate implementation and release evidence. One milestone does not certify the entire product family.
An experiment to try
For the next experiment, keep a short record of input, expected behavior, actual behavior and follow-up. Include failed attempts when they reveal an important constraint. Corrections are part of development, not something to hide.
Limits and next steps
Owner-approved announcements can summarize completed changes, while editorial discussion can investigate open questions. Keeping those roles distinct protects the community from invented completion claims and makes future handoffs more useful.
